University of Minnesota - Rothenberger Institute

This marketing campaign was broken into multiple phases in order to effectively manage deadlines and monitor the budget. Phase one consisted of preparing the brand for launch in early 2011. Fuzzy Duck helped RI work through the process of developing a marketing strategy in order to promote the institute and the two current online courses, Alcohol & College Life and Sleep, Eat, and Exercise. After the strategy was formed, Fuzzy Duck began creating the identity for RI and the courses. Logos, marketing materials and the website are currently in development.

 

Character-driven brands were developed for the two courses and several character illustrations were created and incorporated into the actual curriculum and class lessons.  Check out some of the illustrations in the Illustration section of our Portfolio section.

 

Phase two will start with the actual launch of Rothenberger Institute. Activities will focus on supporting and promoting the program launch as well as building the brand image. Services will include marketing consulting, public relations, social media, search engine optimization, search engine marketing & web ongoing maintenance.

 

Rothenberger Institute is using Fuzzy Duck Design’s marketing consulting services during both phases in order to provide idea generation, oversee creative processes and maintain deadlines & budgets.
