Primary goals for this project were to create an attractive website that was easy-to-use and was search engine friendly. Secondary goals for the site were to utilize MLS functionality within the site and to allow the client to control the content within the site.

The solution was delivered in a clean and balanced site design with horizontal primary navigation and right hand column call to action elements and links. The site design was integrated into a WordPress installation, which handles the content management and which had MLS functionality built into it.

Search engine concerns were addressed by working in conjunction with a search engine optimization agency to create a targeted content, titling and terms. The developed content was then integrated and carried out through existing and add-on WordPress functionality.
