MNDVA - Supporting Our Troops
Although we get excited about all our projects, every once and awhile, Fuzzy Duck Design gets an opportunity to work on a project we feel very passionate about. So when Lutheran Social Services and the MN Department of Veterans Affairs came to us in hopes of creating a visual campaign and slogan for the sale of “Support Your Troops” license plates in Minnesota, we felt proud to be involved.
The organizations needed a campaign that represented pride and support for families of military personnel as well as needy and homeless veterans. The fact that one of our owners, Beth Ulrich, served state side in the Army Reserves during Desert Storm drafting wills for the soldiers that were being deployed, gave us special insight into the project and this allowed her the chance to contribute further to a cause she considers to be very worthwhile.
If you are interested in purchasing a “Support Our Troops” plate, simply locate the nearest DMV. The cost is only $30 and the money raised goes directly to helping our underserved veterans.
