Jimmy's

A local restaurant owner was opening a new bar and restaurant establishment and wanted to develop a clean simple word mark that could be fun and casual but also feel at home within an upscale atmosphere.

The conceptual phase involved rough sketches of custom typesetting and numerous experiments with standard fonts in order to narrow in on a specific style.

The final design was a result of several hand drawn variations as well as some digital tweaks until the right angle for the name was established.

The logo was then used throughout the restaurant within the menu design, signage and other promotional material.
